so today i made my first mochis. well i helped before but that doesnt count.
its actually pretty simple. just like 3 cups of water, a cup of sugar, and a whole bag of that sticky flour thing xD forgot what it was called. so you mix that all up until theres no clumps. then you split it in two bowls. and you heat one at a time so its easier to get all of it to heat up. then you like put the red bean in the sticky flour stuff while adding flour. yup. the part where you close it up was the hardest part for me. i was like failing for like 5 minutes. and my mummy got mad at me :/ but then improved :]

oh and also we got mochi, the ice cream ones, from hmart, green tea flavored :] hehe, really really good. i hid them in the bottom shelf so that my bro wont eat em all lol
